    We ship by FedEX™ Ground, FedEx™ 2-day saver, FedEx™ Express, USPS Priority™ Mail, USPS Express, and USPS First-Class (only for samples e.g. indiCREME™ Pure CBD formula 4g tube). 
    Orders received prior to 2:00 pm PST (M-F) will be shipped the same day. For Expedited / Express shipping we must receive your order no later than 11:30 am PST (M-F.) 
    Your account feature allows you to have your items shipped to a different address other than yours. In fact, it will allow for you to ship each individual item to a separate address if you desire (separate shipping charges apply per any additional ship to address.)

    Returns & Refunds
    Sootheen™ offerrs 30-day "EMPTY JAR" money back guarantee. No questions ask. Please refer to our RETUNS and REFUNDS page  to proceed. Please note that, although we will gladly refund your purchase price in full within the 30-day period, however your original shipping charges and the return shipping costs will not be refunded. Once you fill out and submit your refund RMA NUMBER request, one of our team members will start to process your refund and will supply you with the RMA number that you will need to write on your return box. Please DO NOT mail the product back until you will receive the RMA number. Your return will not be processed without the RMA number and your account will not get credited.

    Ordering is easy - online or by calling us at 1-855-925-5550 M-F 9am-4pm (PST). If you don't see your favotrite product online, it's because we must be restocking. Please give us a call and we'll make sure to get it for you.


    Payment Options
    There are three payment options available at this time:
    1. CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS  is the fastest and convenient method. For security and privacy protection, your credit/debit card order will be taken by phone. Please call us TOLL FREE 1-855-925-5550  M-F 9am-4pm PST. Your orders will be shipped out immediately. For all other payment methods you can still place your order online.
    2. The e-Check electronic online payment (please see a short tutorial) is an instant money transfer from your bank account. The e-Check is the most convenient and safe way. Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours. You will need your bank's online banking USER ID and PASSWORD to be able to verify yourself and use this service. This is a one-time authentication only. This is a free service. About the processor: Dwolla® is one of the largest in the United States and partnered with progressive financial properties like BBVA Compass and groups such as the Federal Reserve’s Faster Payments Task Force to transform the way we experience payments. You will be asked to get verified with your bank's LOGIN (USER ID) and PASSWORD just for the verification process, similar to PayPal®. It's an instant, real-time online verification.
    3. Mailing your check/money order to us. Your order will be shipped as soon as we recive your payment.
    When sending a check or money order by mail please include your receipt/invoice when sending a payment and always write your order number on your check/money order to ensure proper credit to your account and no shipping delays.
    You will be given an exact mailing instructions on the transaction receipt at the end of your transaction so that you can print it out.
